公安机关作为执法部门,其肩负着打击违法犯罪行为、维护社会稳定与保障人民人身财产安全的重要的社会责任。依法治国是我国重要的决策,在当前社会矛盾多元化,信息化高度发展的今天,作为国家政权的重要组成部分,公安机关能否执法为民,公正、文明、理性与高效的执法成为重要的议题。随着我国法治化进程的加快,我国的社会进入一个新的发展阶段,公安机关的执法环境也发生了巨大的变化,在公安机关执法过程中存在执法方式简单粗暴、滥用职权、执法不公、适用法律不当等行为严重损害公安机关在人民群众心中的形象。因此,在当前的法治环境的背景下,本文对公安机关执法环境的转变进行分析,总结归纳当前公安机关执法为民法治化建设存在的问题,从而提出具体的完善对策,为公安机关执法活动的法治化建设提供建议。
