目的了解山东省潍坊市城区淡色库蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法 2015年8月7-10日,在潍坊市4个区采集淡色库蚊卵块,带回实验室饲养;采用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊3龄末4龄初幼虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))。结果潍坊市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对双硫磷的LC(50)为0.003 466~0.005 472 mg/L,为敏感品系的7.12~11.24倍;对溴氰菊酯的LC_(50)为0.000 908~0.001 866 mg/L,为敏感品系的1.86~3.83倍;对高效氯氰菊酯的LC_(50)为0.001 798~0.006 097 mg/L,仅为敏感品系的0.47~1.60倍,处于敏感水平。结论潍坊市城区淡色库蚊对双硫磷为中抗,对溴氰菊酯为低抗或敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯敏感。应避免单一长期使用双硫磷,不同种类杀虫剂交替轮用或复配使用,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to three commonly used insecticides in urban areas of Weifang City, Shandong Province, and to provide basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Methods The eggs of Culex pipiens pallens were collected from 4 districts of Weifang from August 7 to August 10, 2015 and were back to laboratory for feeding. The half lethal concentration of insecticides of Culex pipiens pallens (LC_ (50)). Results LC50 of the Culex pipiens pallens in urban area of Weifang was between 0.003 466 and 0.005 472 mg / L for diphtheria, which was 7.12 to 11.24 times of that of susceptible strains. For LC50 of deltamethrin, 0.001 866 mg / L, which was 1.86 ~ 3.83 times of that of the susceptible strain. The LC_ (50) of beta-cypermethrin was 0.001 798 ~ 0.006 097 mg / L, which was only 0.47 ~ 1.60 times of that of the susceptible strain. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in urban area of Weifang City are moderately resistant to diphtheria, low resistance to deltamethrin, and sensitive to beta-cypermethrin. A single long-term use of diphtheria should be avoided, and different types of insecticides are used alternately or in combination to prevent and slow the development of drug resistance.
