蒸汽温度是影响余热锅炉安全运行的重要参数,为了保证余热锅炉的正常运行,要针对余热锅炉的特点,设计控制系统,使出口蒸汽温度维持在一个设定值。而温度场是一个大惯量、纯滞后、分布参数的被控对象,无法建立精确的控制数学模型,常规的PID控制无法对其进行精确控制。本文引入模糊控制理论并与PID控制方法相结合,实现了对余热锅炉蒸汽温度的良好控制。
Steam temperature is an important parameter affecting the safe operation of waste heat boilers. In order to ensure the normal operation of waste heat boilers, the control system should be designed according to the characteristics of waste heat boilers to maintain the outlet steam temperature at a set value. However, the temperature field is a controlled object with large inertia, pure lag, and distributed parameters, and it is impossible to establish an accurate mathematical model of control. Conventional PID control can not precisely control the temperature field. In this paper, the fuzzy control theory is introduced and combined with the PID control method to achieve a good control of the steam temperature of the waste heat boiler.
