2006年9月～2010年4月,我们对10例急性大咯血患者实施纤维支气管镜引导肺叶切除治疗,经精心护理,效果满意。现报告如下。1临床资料本组10例,男4例,女6例;年龄17～70岁,平均46.5岁。术前影像学检查示支气管扩张3例,浸润性肺结核伴出血4例,原因不明(术后病理未见明显异常)2例。全部患者均
From September 2006 to April 2010, we performed fiberoptic bronchoscope-guided lobectomy on 10 patients with acute massive hemoptysis. After careful nursing, the results were satisfactory. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 10 patients, 4 males and 6 females; aged 17 to 70 years, mean 46.5 years.
