本文原是在今年九月由北京市音乐家协会所组织召开的《当代音乐建设学术研讨会》上的两次发言。发言中对去年由中国音乐家协会机关刊物《人民音乐》杂志所组织的《回顾与反思》系列座谈会和座谈会后在该刊所发表的某些文章中的有些观点,提出了不同看法。因此,《人民音乐》编辑部的编辑同志主动索稿拟予发表。我为刊物编辑部的这种欢迎批评、积极反映不同意见的精神所感动,同时也乐于为自己争得一个学习机会,即将发言略加整理,供同行们讨论、斧正。
This article was originally made two speeches at the “Symposium on Contemporary Music Construction” organized by the Beijing Musicians Association in September this year. In his speech, he put forward some different opinions on the series of “retrospect and reflection” series organized by the organ of Chinese musician association “People’s Music” last year and some articles published in the journal after the symposium. Therefore, the editors of “People’s Music” editorial department volunteered to publish the manuscript. I am touched by this welcome criticism from the editorial department of the Publications which positively reflects my dissenting opinions. At the same time, I am also willing to gain a learning opportunity for myself. I am going to finish some speeches slightly for the discussion of my colleagues.
