通过正己胺、正庚胺对海藻酸钠进行疏水改性,采用乳化-内部凝胶化技术分别制得负载小分子抗肿瘤药物β-榄香烯和小分子抗病毒药物阿德福韦的改性海藻酸钠凝胶微球,通过色谱法考察体外释放性能。正己胺、正庚胺改性海藻酸钠凝胶微球对药物β-榄香烯和阿德福韦的负载能力提高,且具有优良的缓释性能。改性凝胶微球对两种药物的包埋率都超过85%,48h体外累释放率超过55%。
