2016年12月18日,由中央财经大学主办的“2016中国税收与法律高峰论坛”在北京举行。随着“互联网+”时代来临,经济主体、经济行为以及组织形式发生了根本变化,给税制建设和征管提出了新的挑战。本届论坛以税收公平为切入点,着重研究电子商务税收流失的治理和电子商务税收政策走向,为制定更加公平合理的税收政策、推动电子商务等新经济更好发展献计献策。
On December 18, 2016, the “2016 China Taxation and Law Summit Forum” sponsored by the Central University of Finance and Economics was held in Beijing. With the advent of “Internet + ” era, fundamental changes have taken place in economic agents, economic activities and organizational forms, posing new challenges to tax system construction and collection and management. This forum takes tax fair as an entry point, focusing on the governance of e-commerce tax losses and the trend of e-commerce tax policy, in order to formulate a more fair and reasonable tax policy and promote the development of new economy such as e-commerce.
