[目的]探讨超声诊断妇科恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿的价值。[方法]回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年1月行妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发盆腔囊肿16例患者的超声表现。[结果]16例患者中10例经穿刺抽液证实,6例经临床观察证实。[结论]超声能够清晰显示淋巴囊肿的形态学特征,结合病史,诊断妇科恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿具有重要的价值。
[Objective] To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of lymphatic cyst after gynecological malignancy. [Methods] The ultrasound findings of 16 patients with pelvic cysts after gynecological malignancy were retrospectively analyzed from January 2008 to January 2010. [Results] 10 of 16 patients were confirmed by puncture aspiration and 6 as confirmed by clinical observation. [Conclusion] Ultrasonography can clearly show the morphological features of lymphatic cysts. Combining with medical history, it is of great value to diagnose lymphocyst after gynecological malignant tumor.
