环境信访是人民群众通过信访方式求助于政府和社会解决某项或某些环境污染问题的一种方式.在深入学习落实科学发展观的同时,要做好环境信访工作,应该力求做到"两个结合",处理好"四种关系",努力实现"两大突破".
