随着经济社会的发展,中小型企业在国民经济中显示出越来越大的作用,其长远发展也急需更多的专业技术人才和企业经营管理人才。在新的经济政治形势下,中小型企业要想抓住发展机遇,突破发展瓶颈,必须重视人才。本文就中西部地区中小企业在新形势下如何解决人才引进工作中出现的问题做了探讨,并提出了几点建议。
With economic and social development, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have shown an increasing role in the national economy, and their long-term development calls for more and more specialized technical personnel and enterprise management personnel. Under the new economic and political situation, in order to seize the opportunities for development and break the bottleneck of development, small and medium-sized enterprises must attach importance to talents. This article discusses how to solve the problems that arise in the introduction of talents in the middle and western regions of SMEs in the new situation and puts forward some suggestions.
