目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定倒地铃中金圣草黄素含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,GL Inertsil ODS-3 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(35∶65),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长348 nm,柱温为常温。结果:金圣草黄素在0.0134~0.268μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 97),平均加样回收率为99.74%,RSD 2.1%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性良好,可作为测定倒地铃中金圣草黄素含量的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of radix jinshilanculculosin in Rhizoma et Rhizoma by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The HPLC method was performed on a GL Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (35:65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- The column temperature is room temperature. Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 97) in the range of 0.0134 ~ 0.268 μg with the average recoveries of 99.74% and RSD 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a method to determine the content of Phyllostachys in the fallen bell.
