采用根治性肾切除术可治愈局限性肾细胞癌,但在某些特殊病例却必须保留肾脏的手术。随着CT扫描的广泛应用,许多肾细胞癌被偶然发现,这些小而无症状的肿瘤比有症状者期别低。由于已有不切肾治愈肾癌的报告。故某些作者不仅对双侧肾和孤立肾细胞癌作肿瘤剜出术,而且在对侧肾功能正常的单侧肾细胞癌亦推荐该术式。为了解和评价剜出术的效果,作者对26例病人作了研究。
Radical nephrectomy can cure localized renal cell carcinoma, but in some special cases it must be preserved in the kidney. With the widespread use of CT scans, many renal cell carcinomas have been found by chance. These small, asymptomatic tumors are not lower than those with symptoms. Because there have been no kidneys to cure kidney cancer reports. Therefore, some authors have not only performed tumor resection for bilateral renal and solitary renal cell carcinoma, but also recommended this procedure for unilateral renal cell carcinoma with contralateral normal renal function. To understand and evaluate the effectiveness of deafness, the author studied 26 patients.
