石墨流动粒子炉是基于流态化原理而设计制成的一种热处理加热炉。因此,要想正确地掌握粒子炉的工作情况,就必需对石墨粒子在炉膛中的流态化过程和机理有一个较全面的了解。和一般用于化工、选矿中的流态化工程的工作条件不同,石墨流动粒子炉是在敞口条件下工作的,要求流态化趋于平稳。所以研究粒子炉的流态化就有它的特殊性。在本文中,我们对石墨流动粒子炉流态化进行了分析,并就流态化理论方面相应地阐明了一些看法,提出来和同志们讨论。
Graphite flow particle furnace is based on the principle of fluidized design and a heat treatment furnace. Therefore, in order to correctly grasp the work of particle furnace, it is necessary to have a more comprehensive understanding of the process and mechanism of the fluidization of graphite particles in the furnace. And generally used for chemical, mineral processing in the fluidization of different working conditions, graphite flow particle furnace is working under open conditions, requiring fluidization tends to be stable. Therefore, studying the fluidization of particle furnace has its particularity. In this paper, we analyze the fluidization of graphite flow particle furnace, and explain some of the views on fluidization theory accordingly, put forward to discuss with comrades.
