笔者认为不饱和碳原子上的亲核取代反应是一类很重要的反应,并指出最常见的羧酸及其官能团衍生物的亲核取代反应比饱和碳原子上的反应更易进行;卤代芳烃和卤代乙烯的亲核取代反应不易发生,但是,如果卤代芳烃卤原子的邻位或对位有吸电子基团存在以及具有吸电子基团 Y 的 YCH=CHX 型卤代烯烃,它们的亲核取代反应则较易发生.文中对上述反应的规律作了理论的解释.
The author believes that the nucleophilic substitution reaction on unsaturated carbon atoms is a very important reaction and points out that the nucleophilic substitution reaction of the most common carboxylic acid and its functional derivatives is easier to carry out than the reaction on saturated carbon atoms. The nucleophilic substitution reaction with the vinyl halide is not easy to occur. However, if the haloaromatic hydrocarbon has the electron-withdrawing group ortho or para to the halogen atom and the YCH = CHX type halogenated olefin having the electron-withdrawing group Y, their Nucleophilic substitution reaction is more prone to occur.In this paper, the rules of the reaction made a theoretical explanation.
