人物通讯中的人怎样才能“活”起来?笔者从事企业宣传工作近5年,自以为在这方面有了一点经验,我把它概括为九个字:搭骨架、填血肉、塑灵魂。搭骨架。笔者认为,这是写好人物通讯的首要条件。所谓骨架,就是对被采访对象进行去粗取精、细细过滤之后而留下来的那一个个闪光的东西。笔者曾采访过一位分厂厂长。这位厂长是位坦率、耿直,奖罚分明的人,凡他认定的事,勇往直前,八头牛也拉不回来。他的这个性格特征反映在工作上,那就是制度就是铁的纪律,天王老子也甭想例外。同志们私下里都喊他“一根筋”,而这位厂长也毫不隐讳地在分厂大会上说:“××分厂要搞好,没有我这‘一根筋’不行。”笔者了解
