目的了解易装男性性接触者(MB)亚人群的行为特征。方法横断面调查方法,通过举办小型“家庭式”聚会活动的方式,对符合条件的易装MB亚人群,由培训过的骨干志愿者进行面对面个人访谈和问卷调查。结果调查20人,平均年龄31.15岁(19~55周岁),其中55.0%(11/20)为同性恋者,45.0%(9/20)为双性恋者;最近六个月内与男性性服务者平均19.3人(10~50人),性消费者平均7.1人(1~20人),与女性发生性行为平均1.9人(1~4人)。最近1次同性性行为安全套使用率85.0%,最近六个月坚持每次使用安全套率35.0%。结论男性性接触者(MSM)中MB性伴数高于一般MSM人群,不仅与男性有性行为,还为女性提供性服务,是向一般人群扩散的桥梁。迫切需要采取合理有效地干预方法,提高其艾滋病知晓率和安全套正确使用率。
Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics of subpopulations of men who have sex with men (MB). Methods In the cross-sectional survey, face-to-face personal interviews and questionnaires were conducted among qualified trainee volunteers through meticulous “family” party activities. Results Twenty patients were surveyed, with an average age of 31.15 years (19-55 years), of whom 55.0% (11/20) were homosexuals and 45.0% (9/20) were bisexuals. In the last six months, An average of 19.3 people (10 to 50), an average of 7.1 consumers (1 to 20), and women with an average of 1.9 people (1 to 4). The most recent homosexuality condom use rate was 85.0%. In the last six months, the condom use rate was 35.0%. Conclusion The number of MB partners in MSM is higher than that of MSM in general. It not only has sex with men but also provides sexual services for women, which is a bridge to the general population. There is an urgent need to adopt reasonable and effective interventions to raise their HIV awareness and the correct rate of condom use.
