本文采用生化分析法对100例健康者及88例癌症患者血清中α_1—AT含量进行检测,其含量分别为71±9.7及106.4±26.7个单位,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01),提示血清中α_1—AT测定对癌症的诊断具有一定意义;同时发现血清甲胎蛋白(AFT)阴性的原发性肝癌患者α_1—AT明显高于正常,提示此法可提高对原发性肝癌的诊断率;本法稳定、迅速,简便,试剂廉价,适用于基层医院,为癌症病人早期诊断提供了新方法。
In this study, biochemical assays were used to detect the serum α-AT levels in 100 healthy subjects and 88 cancer patients. The levels of α_1-AT were 71±9.7 and 106.4±26.7 units, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). It is suggested that the determination of α_1-AT in serum has a certain significance for the diagnosis of cancer; at the same time, the serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFT)-negative primary liver cancer patient α_1-AT is significantly higher than normal, suggesting that this method can improve the primary liver cancer. Diagnostic rate; This method is stable, rapid, simple, inexpensive, and suitable for primary hospitals, providing a new method for the early diagnosis of cancer patients.
