军队转业干部作为一个特殊的干部群体,塑造独特的个性十分重要,而独特的个性魅力不是指外表和口头的夸夸其谈,而是内涵、气质、修养和智慧的外化。刚刚脱下军装转业到地方工作的军队转业干部能否尽快地适应角色的转变,打开新的工作局面,不仅关系到工作和事业的发展,而且关系到自身的成长,这就需要转业干部要从根本做起,善于经营自己,提升个人的内涵、气质、修养和智慧。
As a special group of cadres, it is very important that the military reemployed cadres shape their unique personalities.
