从今年起,这个栏目将刊载案例督导的内容,有的是团体督导,有的是个人督导。案例督导可以用多种理论、多种方式进行,这里呈现的只局限于精神分析的视角。这是一个一对一的个案督导,即一名咨询师和一名督导老师一起讨论个案。由于是两个人之间的互动,所以咨询师和督导老师可以深入细致地探讨个案中的各种问题。咨询师汇报的是一个老年夫妻来咨询的个案。其咨询目标是如何提高婚姻质量。老年夫妻的咨询特点及其构面咨询师:“这次来的是一对老年夫妇,两人早就退休了。我做起来觉得很费劲,很难推动两人的改变。之前做其他的夫妻咨询没有这种吃力感,为什么会这样?”
