The clinical manifestations of the periampullary tumor are similar, but the prognosis is different. The ampulla and bile duct dilatation are most suitable for surgery. The efficacy of pancreatic cancer is still poor. CT and ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle biopsy can avoid the stages. Necessary surgery, but requires skilled operating techniques.
