台州市以“百乡和汛”工程为背景,有针对性的发展信息化建设,特别是着手建立了《台州市乡镇防汛抗旱综合管理系统》,真正实现了以基层为单位的全民防汛联动,充分体现了信息化建设在现代防汛工作中的作用。对台州市基层防汛信息化的现状、“百乡和汛”工程信息化建设的任务和目标、《台州市乡镇防汛抗旱综合管理系统》的建设方案等作了介绍。

This paper introduces the status quo of informatization of grassroots flood control in Taizhou, the tasks and targets of informatization construction of “Baixiang and Flood” project and the construction plan of “Integrated Management System for Flood and Drought of Taizhou Township”.
