依据武器用某特殊容器隔热要求,以海泡石纤维为主原料,以空心玻璃微珠为补强填料,以钠水玻璃为粘接剂,制备涂敷型海泡石复合隔热材料,分析其浆体密度、干密度、固化特性、微观形貌、吸湿性,测试海泡石复合隔热涂层隔热性能并分析其应用效果。研究结果表明:涂敷型海泡石复合隔热材料的隔热性能、工艺可操作性与应用效果良好,可望成为满足武器用某特殊容器隔热需求的新型隔热材料。
According to the requirements of a special container for the insulation of weapons, the sepiolite fiber is taken as the main raw material, the hollow glass bead is used as the reinforcing filler, the sodium water glass is used as the adhesive to prepare the coated sepiolite composite insulation material, The slurry density, dry density, curing characteristics, microstructure and hygroscopicity were analyzed. The thermal insulation performance of sepiolite composite thermal insulation coating was tested and its application effect was analyzed. The results show that the thermal insulation performance, process operability and application effect of the coated sepiolite composite thermal insulation material are good, and it is expected to be a new type of thermal insulation material that meets the thermal insulation requirements of a special container for weapons.
