要摆脱现行德育之弊端,须从德育系统诸要素之间以及德育系统与外部环境的互动关系中来把握道德教育,构建一个和谐的德育生态互动场。德育生态互动场具有和谐性、潜效力性和互主体性的特性,要建设德育生态互动场则要做到德育理念的人性化、德育环境的最优化以及德育范畴的立体化。
To get rid of the disadvantages of current moral education, moral education must be grasped from the interaction between the various elements of the moral education system and between the moral education system and the external environment so as to build a harmonious interactive field of moral education. The interactive field of moral education has the characteristics of harmony, sub-effect and inter-subjectivity. To build the field of ecological interaction of moral education, we must achieve the humanization of moral education philosophy, the optimization of moral education environment and the three-dimensional moral education.
