宝铜转炉OG 设备中,余热回收锅炉汽包是一个高温高压容器,也是炼钢厂关键设备之一。正确进行汽包水位控制是非常重要的,否则会直接影响转炉吹炼或发生重大设备事故。而正确检测水位又是对水位实施有效控制的先决条件。由于转炉的间歇作业,汽包内水的汽化和水位变化剧烈,一般的水位检测方法已不能适用。另外,为了正确判断和处理锅炉汽包装置的故障及正确进行设备的调校作业,都有必要研究采用水密度补正的水位检测装置设计方法。本文介绍了工业锅炉水位检测的基本方法、检测装置的基本结构,推导了有一定通用性的水密度补正运算式以及实现上述运算的运算器结构。最后,以宝钢转炉OG 系统中余热锅炉和蓄热器的水位检测为例说明了上述设计方法的具体应用。
Copper converter OG equipment, waste heat recovery boiler drum is a high temperature and pressure vessels, but also one of the key equipment of steel mills. Correct drum level control is very important, otherwise it will directly affect the converter blowing or a major equipment accident. The correct detection of the water level is a precondition for the effective control of the water level. Due to the intermittent operation of the converter, vaporization of the water in the drum and dramatic changes in water level, the general water level detection method is no longer applicable. In addition, in order to correctly judge and handle the failure of the boiler drum unit and correct the equipment calibration, it is necessary to study the design method of the water level detection device adopting the water density correction. This paper introduces the basic method of industrial boiler water level detection, the basic structure of the detection device, derives a general versatility of water density correction formula and the operation of the computing device structure. Finally, taking the water level detection of waste heat boiler and accumulator in the OG system of Baosteel converter as an example, the concrete application of the above design method is illustrated.
