一、廣播讀報工作所收到的效果在四月中到四月底,教育局和人民電台共同在第一工人业余学校進行廣播讀報的重點試驗工作。廣播的對象是普通班与中级班的同學,共十五个班,将近八百名学员。根据这一段試驗的結果,雖然有一些初作時的缺點,但就效果,我們認為广播讀报雖然有一些缺點,但仍不失為向工人學员進行時事教育的一個很好的方式。 過去我們学校是由老師在班上讀報的,这一方式的缺點是:因為教師的政治与文化水平不齐,所以,虽然有些老师读得不壞,可是有些老師却無論在選材上,讀法上都很不適合。有的被報纸头條新聞所限制,有的便根本不知道應當读什么。有的不敢多讲,不敢發挥,祇是照報宜讀,有的則只是枯燥無味,不能引起興趣。还有些老師抱着任务观點,認為‘是上级佈置的,不能不读。’這樣的讀報,自然滿足不了工人的要求。但在‘广播读報’的重點
