海口国瑞城B座位于海南省海口市美兰区,抗震设防烈度为8度(0.3g),结构高度149.4m,为高度超限工程,采用了型钢混凝土框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。针对工程特点,探讨了结构选型,确定了合理的抗震性能目标,采用了多种程序对结构进行了小震作用反应谱分析及动力时程补充分析、中震不屈服设计,并进行了大震Pushover分析。分析结果表明,结构各项指标合理,整体设计满足设定的性能目标要求。
