思想政治工作是日常安全生产工作和其他一切工作的生命线,是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。职工群众是企业的主要人力资本,职工群众对企业是否具有归属感,将极大地影响职工群众工作积极性,最终影响企业的经济效益。本文重点从加强职工群众理想信念教育、了解职工群众思想动态、关心和理解职工群众和解决职工群众关注的问题四个方面进行阐述,真正做到了解人、关心人、理解人,从而打开职工群众的心灵之锁的钥匙,启动职工群众的思想和精神力量的源泉。
