资料显示,40%以上的医患冲突与医生和护士的服务态度欠佳和责任心不强有关。文章提出,在临床实践中医护人员应坚持人文关怀,树立为患者服务的理念,注意体察患者的心理,抚慰患者的心灵,这样会收到单纯药物和技术所不能达到的治疗效果。
Statistics show that more than 40% of doctor-patient conflicts are related to the poor service attitude and sense of responsibility of doctors and nurses. The article points out that in clinical practice, medical staff should adhere to humanistic care and establish the concept of serving patients. Pay attention to the psychology of the patients and soothe the patients’ hearts so that they can receive the therapeutic effects that can not be achieved by simple drugs and technologies.
