Seamus Heaney (1939-), an illustrious poet in contemporary Ireland, combines poetry writing with the vitality of Irish native roots and the literary tradition of English literature, and has been recognized by critics as “ The most important Irish poet. ” In 1995, Hine won the Nobel Prize for Literature. “Joy or the Night: The Final Article of WB Yeats and Phillip Larkin’s Poetry” is selected from the poem collection “The Correction of Poetry”.
