运用修订的OLBI(Oldenburg Burnout Inventory)职业倦怠问卷和工作内容问卷(Job ContentQuestionnaire),通过对广州市某职业院校240名教师进行调查,发现工作要求中的工作复杂性和时间要求可以正向预测职业倦怠的耗竭和解离维度,工作要求中的技能要求和工作资源可以反向预测职业倦怠的耗竭和解离维度。分别从工作要求和工作资源两方面对干预高职教师职业倦怠提出建议。
Using the revised OLBI Job ContentQuestionnaire, a survey of 240 teachers in a vocational school in Guangzhou found that job complexity and time requirements in job requirements can be positively predicted The exhaustion and dissociation dimensions of job burnout, skill requirements and job resources in job requirements can reverse the exhaustion and dissociation dimensions of job burnout. Respectively from the job requirements and resources of work to intervene the vocational burnout teachers to make recommendations.
