1.前言过共晶Al-Si合金采用含磷变质剂细化初晶硅的工艺逐渐增多,冶金参数(温度、时间)对其变质效果有较大影响,本文系统地研究了变质温度、静置时间、浇注温度以及新旧炉料搭配对变质效果的影响,从而确定出最佳工艺参数,以利活塞产品质量的控制.
