采用韦克斯勒儿童智力量表(WISC-R)对河北省保定市郊40名小学五年级正常儿童进行了智商(IQ)测定,并与其血浆中20种氨基酸水平进行了多元回归分析。结果表明,在总IQ、操作IQ和语言IQ的多元回归方程中,羟脯氨酸(HYPR)变量均被引入,说明HYPR对总IQ、操作IQ和语言IQ均有作用;而天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、氨、苏氨酸主要与语言IQ有关;丙氨酸、丝氨酸、异亮氨酸与操作IQ有关;除上述氨基酸外,总IQ还与甘氨酸和缬氨酸有关。
The Wechsler Child Intelligence Scale (WISC-R) was used to measure the IQ of 40 fifth-grade normal children in the suburbs of Baoding, Hebei Province. Multivariate regression analysis was performed with the 20 amino acids in plasma. The results showed that HYPR variables were introduced in multiple regression equations of total IQ, manipulated IQ and verbal IQ, indicating that HYPR had effects on total IQ, manipulated IQ and verbal IQ, while aspartic acid , Proline, ammonia and threonine are mainly related to language IQ; alanine, serine and isoleucine are related to manipulating IQ; in addition to the above amino acids, total IQ is also related to glycine and valine.
