英国的教育政策将“每个学生都是重要的”作为基本的价值准则。这一价值准则对中小学校长培训的实施也产生了重要影响。英国中小学校长培训具有坚实的教育理念基础和价值导向,“让每个孩子都在一所具有优秀领导的学校内就读”成为人们的共识。基于此,学校和校长为学生的发展承载了巨大的责任。因而,对中小学校长的培训决策与设计,有其非常明确的目的,不是将目光放置于学校外部的诸种要求上,而是内置于校长的专业发展和学校的有效变革上。通过对校长的培训,更好地促进学生发展,以及促进学校可持续发展和建立学习型学校。
The British education policy regards “Each student is important” as the basic value criterion. This value criterion also has an important impact on the implementation of training for primary and secondary school principals. The training of UK primary and secondary school principals has a solid foundation of education philosophy and value orientation. “Every child is enrolled in a school with excellent leadership” has become the consensus of the people. Based on this, the school and the principal bear great responsibility for the development of the students. Therefore, the decision-making and design of primary and secondary school principals have very clear objectives. They do not place their eyes on various requirements outside the school, but are built into the principal’s professional development and effective school transformation. Through the training of principals, students’ development can be better promoted, as well as promoting the sustainable development of schools and establishing learning schools.
