根据样本分析需要,选取近年国网已竣工投产的40条典型500 kV输电线路工程为样本。对工程本体造价关键影响因素进行阐述,采用spss软件对关键因素进行回归分析,识别线性与非线性影响因素,运用多元线性回归法和系数调整法,将两种性质的关键因素度考虑进模型设计中,建立输电工程造价综合预测模型,最后对所得模型进行样本分析检验,确立造价综合预测模型,有效预测控制输电工程造价。
According to the needs of sample analysis, 40 typical 500 kV transmission line projects which have been completed and put into production in recent years are selected as samples. The key factors that affect the cost of engineering ontology are described. The key factors are analyzed by regression software, the linear and nonlinear factors are identified, the multiple factors and the coefficient adjustment method are used to consider the two key factors into the model design , The comprehensive forecasting model of transmission project cost is established. Finally, the sample analysis and test of the obtained model is carried out, the comprehensive forecasting model of cost is established, and the cost of controlling the transmission project is effectively predicted.
