Jiang Zemin’s thinking on “three represents” is a creative application and development of the Marxist party building theory. It is our party’s constant acceptance of new tests and its permanent invincibility in the international context in which the socialist movement in the world is at a low ebb. It is an inevitable requirement; it is an objective need to fully maintain the advanced nature of the party under the conditions of deepening reform and opening up and developing the socialist market economy.
