以(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O和Bi(NO3)3·5H2O为原料,采用水热法在100~200℃反应16 h制备了Bi2Mo O6粉体。研究了反应温度对Bi2Mo O6粉体的相结构、形貌和可见光催化性能的影响。结果表明:在100~200℃制备的样品均为斜方晶系的纯相Bi2Mo O6;样品的形貌均表现为不规则的片状结构,片状结构的尺寸随着反应温度的升高而逐渐增大。通过在可见光照射下降解初始浓度为5 mg/L的罗丹明B(Rh B)溶液的实验表明,160℃时制备的Bi2Mo O6粉体的光催化效果最好,光照50 min后Rh B溶液的降解率可达到85%。
Bi2MoO6 powders were prepared by the reaction of (NH4) 6Mo7O24 4H2O and Bi (NO3) 3 5H2O with hydrothermal method at 100 ~ 200 ℃ for 16 h. The effects of reaction temperature on the phase structure, morphology and visible light catalytic properties of Bi2MoO6 powders were investigated. The results show that all the samples prepared at 100 ~ 200 ℃ are orthorhombic pure Bi2MoO6. The morphology of the samples shows irregular plate-like structure. The size of the plate-like structure increases with the increase of reaction temperature Increasingly. The experiment results show that the photocatalytic activity of Bi2MoO6 powder prepared at 160 ℃ is the best when it is degraded under the visible light irradiation for 5 mg / L RhB solution. After 50 min illumination, the photocatalytic activity of RhB solution The degradation rate can reach 85%.
