党内民主指的天党页们在平时的政治生活中，享受一律平等地直接或间接地决定和管理党内事务的权力和义务。发展党内民主是世界民主潮流发展的客观需要，是中国经济社会变迁发展的现实需要，是社会主义民主政治建设的迫切需要。如何在对面新的历史时期，进行党内民主的建设，是党员在很长一段时期应该思考的问题之一。
