2013年统计局说的我们能源消费从过去年均增8%以上,已经降到3.6%,2014年降到2.2%;2015年能源消费增速将进一步降低,有可能出现近零增长也有可能出现负增长。我们现在面临外部的情况就是能源供给大于需求,而且很可能持续较长时间。这样的外部情况会影响我们国家的能源产业的发展,因为现在中国也是开放的能源市场,不可能关起门来自己做事。
In 2013, the Bureau of Statistics said that our energy consumption has increased by over 8% over the previous year, down from 3.6% in 2014 to 2.2% in 2014. The growth rate of energy consumption will further decrease in 2015, and there may be near-zero growth and negative growth . The external situation we are now facing is that energy supply is greater than demand and is likely to last long. Such an external situation will affect the development of the energy industry in our country, because now China is also an open energy market and it is impossible to close the door to do its own thing.
