该文通过改性剂M对PAE改性,探讨了改性剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应物的固含量对产品结果的影响。同时和市售的PAE进行其它增强指标如撕裂度、耐折度、耐破度的比较。实验结果表明:经改性的PAE(M-PAE)熟化期明显缩短;作为增湿强剂其性能达到了市售PAE的增强效果;与APAM和CMC协同作用时(PAE用量1.0%,APAM和CMC为0.3%)比单独添加PAE要好。
This paper modifies PAE by modifier M, and discusses the effects of dosage of modifier, reaction time, reaction temperature and solid content of reactants on product results. At the same time and commercial PAE other enhancements such as tearing, folding endurance, bursting comparison. The experimental results showed that the modified PAE (M-PAE) maturation period was significantly shortened; its performance as a wetting enhancer reached the commercial PAE enhancement effect; with APAM and CMC synergistic effect (PAE 1.0%, APAM and CMC 0.3%) is better than adding PAE alone.
