吖啶黄素及(60)Coγ射线单因子处理,均对小麦产生明显的损伤效应,M1的苗高、成苗率、结实率明显降低,根尖细胞染色体畸变频率、幼苗过氧化物酶活性明显增加。吖啶黄素与(60)Coγ射线复因子处理,明显增强上述损伤效应,并且在较低浓度、较低剂量时,两者复合处理对损伤具有协同作用。
Acridine flavin and (60) Co γ -ray single factor treatment all had obvious damage effects on wheat. The seedling height, seedling rate and seed setting rate of M1 were obviously decreased, the frequency of chromosome aberration in root tip cells and peroxidase activity obviously increase. Acridine flavin and (60) Coγ-ray complex factor treatment significantly enhanced the above-mentioned damage effects, and at lower concentrations and lower doses, the combination of the two had a synergistic effect on injury.
