目的探究供应室作业标准在临床护理工作中的实际应用效果。方法对医院供应室的工作人员实施供应室作业标准护理管理,比较实施前后患者对护理人员的工作满意度和差错事件发生次数。结果通过对供应室工作人员实施作业标准护理管理,临床护理质量得到有效改善,护理人员工作满意度提高,一年内临床上差错事件的发生率明显降低。结论对于医院供应室的工作人员实施供应室作业标准护理管理干预措施,有利于改善工作质量,提高患者对工作人员的满意度,避免发生医疗差错事件,在实际应用中有较高的指导价值。
Objective To explore the practical application effect of supply room operating standard in clinical nursing. Methods Nursing staff in hospital supply room were administered standard nursing care in supply room and the number of patients’ satisfaction with nursing staff and the number of errors were compared before and after the implementation. Results Through the standard nursing management of supply room staff, the quality of clinical nursing was effectively improved and the satisfaction of nursing staff was improved. The incidence of clinically erroneous events was significantly reduced in one year. Conclusion It is helpful to improve the quality of work, improve patient satisfaction with staff, avoid medical malpractice, and have a high guiding value in practical application for staffs in hospital supply room to carry out standard nursing management intervention for supply room operation.
