教学实践要求教师不仅需要具备过硬的知识储备,还理应跟随新时代和新课标的步伐,不断更新教育理念,积极创新自我工作模式,切实发挥其在教育中的重要作用。在教学实践中创新管理模式,将学生作为一切教学的出发点和落脚点不仅是对“以人为本”的时代理念的贯彻落实,更是教育进一步发展的需要。对于高中思想政治教学来说,亦是如此。结合实际情况,从几个方面浅谈高中思想政治教学实践中的创新管理方式。
Teaching practice requires teachers not only to have excellent knowledge reserves, but also to follow the pace of the new era and new curriculum standards, constantly update the educational philosophy, and actively innovate self-work model, and effectively play its important role in education. Innovative management model in teaching practice, taking students as the starting point and ending point of all teaching is not only the implementation of the concept of “people-oriented” times, but also the need of further education. The same is true for high school ideological and political teaching. According to the actual situation, this article discusses the innovative management methods in high school ideological and political teaching from several aspects.
