小微企业在推动经济发展、促进科技创新、调整经济结构以及缓解就业压力等方面起着极为重要的作用。目前,小微企业现状与国家创新驱动战略的要求还存在着很大差距。本文主要研究大学图书馆如何利用其自身丰富的馆藏、先进的信息技术获取手段加强小微企业技术人员培养和训练,形成终身学习氛围,助推小微企业创新文化建设。
Small and micro enterprises play an extremely important role in promoting economic development, promoting scientific and technological innovation, adjusting economic structure and alleviating employment pressure. At present, there is still a big gap between the status quo of small and micro enterprises and the requirements of the national innovation-driven strategy. This paper mainly studies how university libraries make use of their own rich collections and advanced information technology to acquire the means to strengthen the training and training of technicians in small and micro enterprises so as to form a lifelong learning atmosphere and boost the innovation and culture building of small and micro enterprises.
