目的:研究疏肝消脂颗粒对急性高脂血症小鼠血脂的调节作用。方法:60只成年昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、实验高剂量组(38.28g·kg-1)、实验中剂量组(19.14g·kg-1)、实验低剂量组(9.57g·kg-1),每组10只。除空白组外其余各组造模,并给予相应的药物。末次给药后2h后断颈取血,分离血浆,测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)含量。结果:模型组小鼠血浆TC、TG、ET含量明显升高,用药后TC、TG、ET含量有不同程度的降低;模型组小鼠血浆HDL-C、NO含量明显降低,用药后HDL-C、NO含量有不同程度的升高。结论:疏肝消脂颗粒对高血脂小鼠的血脂有一定的调节作用,其作用可能是通过调节NO、ET来实现的。
Objective: To study the regulating effect of Shuganxiaozhi granules on blood lipids in mice with acute hyperlipidemia. METHODS: Sixty adult Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive control group, experimental high-dose group (38.28 g·kg-1), experimental middle-dose group (19.14 g·kg-1), and experiment. Low dose group (9.57g·kg-1), 10 in each group. All the groups except the blank group were modeled and given the corresponding drugs. Two hours after the last administration, blood was taken from the neck and plasma was separated to determine total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), nitric oxide (NO), and endothelin (ET). content. Results: The levels of plasma TC, TG and ET in the model group were significantly increased. The levels of TC, TG, and ET were decreased in different degrees after treatment. The levels of HDL-C and NO in plasma of the model group were significantly reduced, and the HDL-C after administration was observed. , NO content increased in varying degrees. Conclusion: Shuganxiaozhi granules can regulate blood lipids in hyperlipidemia mice. The effect of Shuganxiaozhi granules may be achieved through regulating NO and ET.
