在脑缺血大体、光镜病理观察基础上,采用电镜技术对不同时间脑缺血犬相同部位皮质微血管、星形胶质细胞及神经细胞进行观察。超微结构上的变化表明,微血管内皮水肿,吞饮泡大量存在,管腔狭窄是缺血后微血管损伤表现的重要形式。微血管紧密连接在缺血早期完整,在缺血水肿严重期可见到开放。微血管管腔狭窄早期由内皮水肿引起。缺血后微血管内附膜体的出现是造成管腔狭窄的重要原因之一。同一缺血时间下神经细胞改变并不相同。
On the basis of cerebral ischemia and light microscope pathology, we observed the cortical microvessels, astrocytes and neurons in the same site of cerebral ischemia in different time by electron microscope. Changes in the ultrastructure showed that microvascular endothelial edema, swallowing a large number of swallowable stenosis is an important form of ischemic microvascular damage performance. Microvascular tight connections early in the integrity of the ischemic edema can be seen in the serious open. Microvascular stenosis is caused by endothelial edema early. The occurrence of ischemic post-microvascular attachment is one of the important causes of stenosis. The same ischemic time changes in nerve cells are not the same.
