深圳作为我国经济发展的前沿,随着人们物资生活的提高,对于健康的要求也越来越高,目前高校学生体能素质持续下降无疑与学生参与体育锻练少、持续性低有较大关联。根据大学生各个群体特征(性别、专业和年龄、爱好)不同参与哪些项目,进行管理、提供训练建议和注意事项,探索出更加符合特区大学生不同锻炼群体的练习方法,找出各个群体参与锻炼的心理表现和规律,从中依据心理表现给与指导参与,探讨适合特区不同学生群体体育锻炼的管理模式与方法,供借鉴和参考。
