目的:探讨妇产科医师的医患沟通能力现状与影响因素,提出相应的培养方法,为提高临床医师医患沟通能力提供依据。方法:对浙江省临安市锦城街道社区卫生服务中心妇产科的200名住院患者进行问卷调查,调查患者对妇产科医师的满意度,以此分析妇产科医师的医患沟通能力现状。结果:对妇产科医师医患沟通能力满意者76人(38%),认为满意度一般者96人(48%),认为不太满意者24人(12%),认为很不满意者4人(2%)。结论:该妇产科医师的医患沟通能力存在明显不足,患者总体满意度不高。应提高妇产科医师对医患沟通重要性的认识,提高沟通能力和技能水平,提高非语言沟通技巧及化解矛盾冲突的能力,处理好与患者的关系,提高患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo and influential factors of obstetrics and gynecology-physician-patient communication skills and to put forward corresponding training methods to provide basis for improving the communication skills between physicians and patients. Methods: A total of 200 inpatients with obstetrics and gynecology at Jincheng Street Community Health Service Center in Lin’an City, Zhejiang Province were surveyed to find out their satisfaction with obstetrics and gynecology physicians. . Results: 76 patients (38%) were satisfied with the doctor-patient communication ability of obstetrics and gynecology physicians, 96 (48%) thought they were satisfied, 24 (12%) considered unsatisfied, and 4 person 2%). Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecologists have obvious deficiencies in doctor-patient communication skills, and overall patient satisfaction is not high. Obstetrics and gynecologists should improve their understanding of the importance of communication between doctors and patients, improve their communication skills and skills, improve their non-verbal communication skills and their ability to resolve contradictions and conflicts, handle the relationship with patients and improve patient satisfaction.
