某纯铜触头座精密热挤压工艺的研究

对某带加强筋的纯铜触头座进行了工艺分析,设计了精密挤压模具,并进行了工艺试制和改进。结果表明:通过正挤压可以成形出触头座;将加热温度从950℃调到800℃可明显改善锻件表面质量;通过带芯棒的模具可挤压出带孔的锻件,节省了原材料和后续加工工时。 The technical analysis of a pure copper contact seat with stiffener was designed, the precision extrusion die was designed, and the trial production and improvement of the process were carried out. The results show that the contact seat can be formed by normal extrusion. The heating temperature can be raised from 950 ℃ to 800 ℃, which can obviously improve the surface quality of the forging. The forging with the mandrel can be extruded through the mold with the mandrel, saving the raw materials and Follow-up working hours.
