对新研制的反浮选降磷捕收剂(RFP138)体系中赤铁矿和胶磷矿的可选性及作用机理进行研究。赤铁矿和胶磷矿的单矿物及人工混合矿的反浮选分离试验表明:RFP138是赤铁矿和胶磷矿的良好捕收剂,在碱性条件下采用合适的抑制剂,能够有效地实现两种矿物的分选,将P含量由人工混合矿中的1.05%降至0.12%,且TFe的回收率达到91.30%。对RFP138溶液的化学行为及红外光谱进行分析,探讨RFP138对两种矿物选择性捕收的机理。
The selectivity and mechanism of hematite and colloidalite in the newly developed anti-flotation descending phosphorus collector (RFP138) system were studied. The reverse flotation separation experiments of single mineral and artificial mixed ore of hematite and colloidal phosphate show that RFP138 is a good collector for hematite and colloidal phosphate and can be effectively used under suitable alkaline conditions The separation of the two minerals was carried out by reducing the P content from 1.05% to 0.12% in the artificial mixed ore and the TFe recovery rate was 91.30%. The chemical behavior and infrared spectra of RFP138 solution were analyzed to explore the mechanism of RFP138 selective catalysis on two kinds of minerals.
