先天性阑尾畸形罕见,郑泽霖等报告32年间的10001例阑尾标本,发现阑尾畸形仅9例。本文报告1例三联阑尾畸形。临床资料:男,72岁。因右下腹持续疼痛7d,恶心、呕吐、发热而入院。体检:腹胀、肌紧、满腹压痛,反跳痛,以右下腹明显。手术见:腹腔盆骨有少量脓液,肠管系膜粘连。阑尾盆位,粘连、水肿。临床诊断:急性化脓性阑尾炎,伴弥漫性腹膜炎。
Congenital appendix malformations are rare. Zheng Zelin et al. reported that 1,0001 cases of appendiceal specimens were found in 32 years. Only 9 cases of appendix malformations were found. This article reports a case of triple appendix malformations. Clinical data: Male, 72 years old. He was admitted to hospital because of persistent pain in the right lower abdomen for 7 days, nausea, vomiting, and fever. Physical examination: abdominal distention, tight muscles, full abdominal tenderness, rebound tenderness, and obvious right lower abdomen. Surgical treatment: There is a small amount of pus in the pelvis of the abdominal cavity, and intestinal mesentery adhesions. The basin of the appendix, adhesions, edema. Clinical diagnosis: Acute suppurative appendicitis with diffuse peritonitis.
